Flow Pilates was born from a simple idea: movement should feel natural, powerful, and sustainable. After years of practicing Pilates myself, I experienced how Pilates transformed not just my body, but also my focus, energy, and confidence.
As an academic with a PhD, I have always been passionate about knowledge and precision. When I began the comprehensive Pilates instructor training with Balanced Body, I discovered a unique way to bring these worlds together: combining science, authenticity, and the joy of movement.
