Hi, I'm Itir— originally from vibrant Istanbul and happily rooted in beautiful Hergiswil in the past 12 years. I am a proud mother of two daughters, a university lecturer and Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Instructor.
Pilates began as a hobby for me 10 years ago and quickly evolved into a deep passion. After exploring different approaches, I chose Balanced Body Education for its internationally recognized, top-quality, comprehensive training.
At Flow Pilates, I combine authentic Pilates principles with a contemporary, supportive environment. Whether you are a beginner, an experienced mover, or simply curious to try something new, my goal is to help you discover your strength, and move with confidence in everyday life.

I guide you through a variety of equipment, so you can experience the full depth of the Pilates method. Each apparatus offers unique challenges and support, helping you move with precision, strength, and proper alignment. Whether in personal training or duet sessions, we rotate through different pieces of equipment and tailor every exercise to your individual needs, ensuring a rich, well-rounded training experience.

In our small-group mat classes, you learn to move with control, precision, and awareness — using only your body, breath, and focused alignment. To enrich your practice, we integrate a variety of small props such as balls, bands, and rings, helping you deepen the exercises and better understand the Pilates principles.With personal cueing and an intimate class size, you receive the attention you need to build strength, stability, and fluidity in every session.
In the studio you’ll find a selection of fun and functional Pilates goodies: cozy half-zip sweatshirts, grippy socks for extra stability, tote bags for your everyday flow, and water bottles to keep you hydrated.
Each item features a playful illustration of Pilates movements — inspired by both the mat and the reformer — bringing a bit of Pilates energy into your day.
